RT Partners are hospital based Rehabilitation sites that currently serve in rural areas of Oklahoma. Bristow Medical Center and Fairfax Memorial Hospital have combined resources and staff to better serve the communities in which they practice by coming together as one "R&T Partners". Dedicated to their mission of "Creating an environment where wellness is promoted and healing can occur", R&T Partners exist to provide quality rehabilitation and therapy care in the areas of which they serve.
